Application Layer
The Application Layer is designed for all viewers and provides a series of short drama playback and interaction features to websites or apps. It allows publishers to "install" the SYN VISION player with a single click via SDK or embedded methods while adhering to a globally unified UI standard, offering users a seamless viewing experience. Key features of the Application Layer include:
Short Drama Embedding and Activation
A "virtual short drama player" is embedded behind relevant text on web pages. When users scroll or click the text, the most relevant short drama automatically pops up in an overlay.
It can also use a small preview window that expands to fullscreen when the user long presses it.
User Data Tracking and TWS Statistics
The Application Layer monitors users' viewing duration, skip behaviors, and other metrics in real-time and uploads them to the Data Layer.
TWS payments involved in actions like paid viewing or tipping are also recorded and settled via smart contracts.
One-Click Pay/Subscription
Short dramas can be set to free or paid modes. For paid content, users only need to hold TWS and long-press the player interface for 3 seconds to trigger the "One-Click Payment" feature to unlock the content.
If users wish to subscribe to an entire season, they can initiate a subscription contract from the Application Layer to pay once and instantly access all episodes.
Global Unified UI Standard
To enhance usability and recognizability, SYN VISION enforces a consistent interaction layout and button placement for the player interface. This allows users to quickly get started.
Creators or website owners only need to embed the SDK and make simple configurations to enable short drama playback capabilities, without needing to deploy complex video servers themselves.
Latency and Load Optimization
Intelligent preloading strategies are used behind the text to ensure that when users scroll to the key position, the short drama can be played almost instantly.
The blockchain consensus delay is solved by "loading the page first, then assigning the short drama," making the user experience feel like immediate playback without waiting for 10-30 seconds for ads or videos to load.
User Feedback and Points System
The Application Layer allows users to collect, rate, and share the short dramas they watch.
Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are used in the background to analyze user feedback, further optimizing short drama recommendations and driving more precise content filtering and advertising/promotion choices in the future.
Through the Application Layer, any content publisher can embed SYN VISION's short drama playback functionality on their own website or mobile app. Viewers do not need to navigate to third-party websites and can freely choose to watch or skip directly on the current page, significantly increasing user dwell time and engagement.
